teachings-Life Within Breath
Life is a sacred gift, offered to us through breath.
Each breath carries the possibility to begin again, to release, to complete, and to transform. Cansu describes herself as a lifelong student of Breath, sharing the wisdom she has gathered through years of exploration, courage, and the practice of staying present with those who feel called to walk this path.
Life Within Breath (NUE) is a space of remembrance and reconnection created for those who wish to explore inner transformation and deepen their relationship with themselves and with life through the guidance of breath.
In this journey, breath is not merely a technique. It is a way of living with love, harmony, and wholeness. By bringing together ancient traditions and the living wisdom of today, it reveals the transformative potential of conscious breathing and invites you into a process of self-discovery and soulful facilitation.
With every breath, we remember what is sacred.
We root, we expand, and we witness the moment where the language of breath and the language of life become one.
teachings-Munay Ki
One of the greatest teachers on my path has been my sensitivity. Whenever I stepped into a space, I could feel its energy and sometimes carried the emotions of others without even realizing it. Over time, I came to see that this was not a burden but a guide. As I began to listen to my inner voice, my direction became clearer. Learning to use this sensitivity as a compass and to stay centered within my own energy field unfolded through working with ancient teachings and teachers along the way.
Munay-Ki, in the Quechua language, means “I love you.”
These rites carry the seeds of a new human consciousness. One that is free from fear, rooted in love, and in harmony with nature. I continue to share the Munay-Ki transmissions with those who wish to stay aware of their own energy field, live in deep collaboration with nature, and serve within the sacred space with simplicity and grace.
teachings-Meditation
“Meditation is the seeing of what is — and going beyond it.”
J. Krishnamurti
Meditation is not a withdrawal from life, but a return to its essence. Guided by the breath, it becomes a space where we see the many parts of life as one and where the heart remembers how to listen again in the quiet of being.
Cansu shares her meditation offerings as a path matured through years of Vipassana practice and Buddhist teachings received at Kopan Monastery,a way shaped by the wisdom of breath, silence, and awareness.
This practice invites us to see the impermanent nature of all experience to rest in awareness without judgment, and to remember the natural compassion itself that arises from the heart.
teachings-7 Energy Center
“Energy centers are portals to different dimensions of consciousness. Each one represents an aspect of the soul awakening to its own potential.”
Deepak Chopra
The word chakra in Sanskrit means “wheel” or “circle.”
Each chakra represents an energy vortex within the body. This is a center of consciousness linked to a gland, organ system, and the flow of life itself. These centers act as bridges between our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. When in balance, life force energy or prana flows freely throughout the body. This flow brings physical vitality, emotional harmony, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness. Each chakra extends along the spine from the base to the crown, resonating with its own vibration, color, sound, and element. The first five chakras correspond to the natural elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. The upper two connect to light and cosmic consciousness, holding space the ascent of human energy from the earthly to the universal.
