Multidiciplinary Healing Artis of Breath, Sound & Ritual

about Cansu

An international breathwork and meditation teacher, sound artist, and designer of transformative journeys, she weaves the wisdom of breath, sound, and being across cultures through opening spaces where the remembrance of one consciousness reveals itself.

When she started getting to know herself, the urge to follow her inner sense became the source of her journey. After completing her studies in Architecture and earning a Master’s degree in Design Strategies in London, she explored how people could live in greater happiness and harmony within the structures of modern life. Everything was moving from one day to the next; intersections were multiplying, and inner resources were becoming the most essential source to help one reach peace within.

Born into a Sufi and musical family, Cansu grew up attuned to rhythm, devotion, and the still center of the heart. In 2010, when meditation entered her life, her inner journey deepened; through long periods of silence, including retreats at Kopan Monastery and Vipassana, she discovered the quiet path of wisdom awakened through breath.

In 2014, she moved to India. During her Transformational Breath® training in 2015, she encountered the higher levels of consciousness carried by the breath. She worked closely with Judith Kravitz for several years, facilitating international seminars and observing how breath transforms and connects people across different cultures. In 2019, she completed her teacher training in Los Angeles, expanding her experience and understanding of the universal nature of breath.

At Svaram in Auroville, she began working with sound, studying the healing wavelengths emitted by vibration, and integrating sound as a language of transformation.

Later in Peru, through her Munay-Ki initiations (the power of the awakened heart), she began to hold space for transmissions that heal genetic and karmic energies. As the creator of “Inside Out Journey”,  she has designed numerous retreats and events bringing together breath, sound, art, and ritual.

She continues her work as a multidisciplinary healing artist, breathwork educator, motivational speaker, and musician, designing and facilitating healing experiences, consulting for transformational projects, and creating content in the field of healing arts.

Through her music, she holds space in ceremonial circles with love, whirling, composing, and sharing hymns and healing songs. She designs spiritual journeys along the sacred routes of the Earth, following the path of inner transformation.

In the reflection of a purified heart, she continues to sit in the light of her Sufi Master, remembering through the waters of truth.

Through her “Nefeste Yaşam Var” Institute (meaning There Is Life in Breath), Cansu offers breathwork trainings, one-on-one sessions, and workshops that share the healing wisdom of the breath and the art of conscious living, while mentoring and guiding new facilitators.

She embodies the essence of focused intention and presence, walking the path as the path itself.

Her work invites people to transform and integrate their energy fields, and to live a life rooted in authenticity, wholeness, and awakened potential.
